Role Overview:

We areseekinga motivated and open-minded professional to join our Global Business Services Continuous Improvement team as a GBS Continuous Improvement this role you will support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transactional processesproductivityand efficiency across the organization. You will lead process improvement projectsfacilitateworkshops and problem-solving sessions and help translate business needs into practical improvement and automation opportunities in a global environment.

Role Responsibilities:

As a GBS Continuous Improvement Specialist you willbe responsible for:

  • Drive execution of the GBS Continuous Improvement strategy across functions and regions.

  • Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to deliver measurable results.

  • Facilitate workshops Kaizeneventsand problem-solving sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Map andanalyzeprocessesidentifyroot causes and recommend practical improvement solutions.

  • Gather and translate business requirements for improvement and automation opportunities acting as a bridge between business teams and technical experts.

  • Define track and report process performance metrics and project benefits to stakeholders.

  • Develop and standardize SOPs frameworks and processes that support operational excellence.

  • Present progressinsightsand recommendations to senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment.

  • Coach and support colleagues on continuous improvement conceptstoolsand mindset whereappropriate.

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering FinanceEconomicsora relatedfield.

  • 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement Project Management Business Analysis or a Global Business Services / Shared Services environment.

  • Solid knowledge of Lean Six SigmaKaizenor related process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience leading or supporting process improvement projectsworkshopsor Kaizen events.

  • Ability to gather requirements ask the right questions and translate business needs into structured improvementand/or automationopportunities.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data processmetricsand benefit tracking.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority.

  • Openproactiveand adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

  • Nice to have: Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) experience with automation-related projects or exposure to tools and technologies supporting process automation.
