Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating platform controls across internal developer and hosting platforms. The role combines software engineering API development automation and technical leadership with a strong focus on improving platform reliability efficiency and reuse.
- Analyse business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controls
- Design and develop automation services workflows integrations and APIs
- Work with data schemas and process flows
- Develop solutions for automating controls at scale
- Contribute to the development of the Platform Control Plane
- Drive automation process improvements and reusable solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zones
- Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages / polyglot development
- Strong software engineering skills including API development database design data schemas and process flows
- Understanding of internal developer platforms hosting platforms and cloud environments
- Basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies
- Experience working with iterative software delivery methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience providing technical leadership across distributed/global teams
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Fluent English and Polish
- Experience with DevOps Platform Engineering or SRE
- Experience with automation and control-plane solutions
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Experience mentoring or supporting distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and platform engineering practices
- Relocation package (4500 PLN total value) paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.
