Join a global engineering team building modern enterprise applications in a collaborative Agile environment. Youll work on the full software development lifecycle-from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation deployment and production support-while contributing to scalable high-quality software used in business-critical systems.
You will
- Develop and deliver new features from requirements through production
- Break down business requirements into user stories and implement them iteratively
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Support production systems by investigating and resolving bugs security issues and performance bottlenecks
- Identify and reduce technical debt while balancing new feature development
- Collaborate through pair programming and code reviews
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Must have
- 5 years of experience with at least one modern programming language (preferably Kotlin JavaScript or Python)
- Willingness to work across both backend and frontend development
- Understanding of REST APIs and distributed applications
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB PostgreSQL or Redis
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Experience with .NET and C#
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Experience working in cloud-native or microservices environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex systems
