ThisPoland-based role offers remote flexibility but we value in-person collaboration. Our team meets in Poland for at least one week each quarter so we request all applicants to be located in Poland. This isnot a globally remote role. Poland residency is required.The contract form isUmowa o Pracę (brutto).
- Collaborate in refinement sessions with product and tech teams to ensure feature clarity and feasibility.
- Design implement and maintain scalable web APIs using and microservices architecture principles.
- Develop responsive high-quality user interfaces withReact and TypeScript.
- Work closely with Product Owners to clarify feature requirements and ensure business context is well-understood.
- Align feature architecture with Tech Leads to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Ensure features meet theDefinition of Done with robust test coverage (unit integration E2E).
- Support incident response and production issue resolution.
- Mentor teammates and contribute toknowledge sharing in technical best practices.
- MSc Computer Science or similar
- 7 - 10 years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React a modern SSR framework (React Router v7 / Remix / ) (frontend) and (backend)
- Strong testing skills (Vitest Playwright and Storybook interaction tests/component-driven).
- Familiarity with AWS (Lambda S3 CloudFront IAM Pulumi / infrastructure-as-code).
- Agile/DDD experiencein cross-functional teams.
- Clear communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving.
- Languages:Fluent English (required); German PolishUkrainian (all nice-to-have).
