TechTrees client is hiring a Founding Engineer to join one of the earliest technical teams building next-generation AI agents and personal AI products from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership opportunity for an exceptional engineer or former founder who has already shipped AI agents into production and wants to help shape both the product and technical foundation of an ambitious early-stage company.

• Employment: Full-time
• Compensation: $100000$120000/year 12% equity
• Level: Mid-Senior / Senior

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems
• Design infrastructure for reliable AI-agent execution at scale
• Develop agent observability evaluation and benchmarking systems
• Improve reliability latency and cost efficiency across large-scale LLM workflows
• Build state-of-the-art agentic product experiences
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and tools
• Make architectural and product decisions with significant autonomy
• Shape engineering standards and technical direction as an early team member

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production not just prototypes
• Experience building B2C products used by real customers
• Strong understanding of agent observability evaluation reliability and cost management
• Previous experience as a founder founding engineer or early engineer at a fast-moving startup
• Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals
• Comfortable working with modern TypeScript cloud infrastructure and AI tooling
• Fluent Polish and English
• Based in Warsaw or genuinely willing to relocate
• Comfortable with a highly ambitious fast-paced ownership-driven startup environment

• Previous experience founding a technology company
• International study or work experience
• Combination of top-tier technology-company and early-stage startup experience
• Experience scaling AI products to significant user volumes
• Strong product instincts alongside technical depth
