Our Client is building Physical AI for the people who build repair and operate the real world. Instead of creating another SaaS tool for office workers theyre developing AI solutions that empower frontline workers across industrial and field environments.

  • Compensation: PLN OTE (7000-9000 PLN Base Commission)

About the Role

Were looking for a Founding Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales) to help drive outbound growth and become one of the first sales hires in a fast-growing AI startup.

This is a high-energy high-volume outbound sales role where youll generate qualified meetings work directly with founders and play a key role in scaling the companys go-to-market efforts.

What Youll Do

Outbound Sales;

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone email and LinkedIn
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Consistently exceed outreach and pipeline targets
  • Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline

Pipeline Development;

  • Research and identify target prospects
  • Personalize outreach to maximize response rates
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date

Continuous Improvement;

  • Work closely with founders to refine messaging and outreach
  • Learn from feedback and continuously improve performance
  • Contribute ideas to improve outbound processes
  • Develop quickly in a fast-paced startup environment

What Were Looking For

Must Have;

  • 1-2 years of SDR BDR Recruitment or outbound sales experience
  • Proven cold calling experience
  • Ability to discuss previous KPIs and sales performance with clear metrics
  • Fluent Polish and good English
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High ownership and proactive mindset
  • Competitive resilient and results-driven personality
  • Willingness to work fully onsite in Warsaw

Nice to Have;

  • Experience at SaaS startups
  • Experience in recruitment consulting
  • Previous outbound prospecting agency experience
  • Experience using modern sales tools and CRMs
  • Strong interest in AI and technology startups
  • Entrepreneurial or side-project experience
