Job Summary

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Finance Data Analyst Intern role.

Finance Data Analyst Intern will support a global Finance Transformation initiative focused on improving the accuracy and quality of client and payment terms data across the business.

Were looking for a highly organised and analytical individual with a keen eye for detail and an interest in finance data and technology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing engagement letters client agreements and related documentation to verify finance-relevant information.

  • Validating payment terms and master data records against source documents and identify discrepancies.

  • Supporting data cleansing and data quality improvement activities across client and finance systems.

  • Using AI-powered tools to extract analyse and validate information from legal and commercial documents.

  • Collaborating with Credit Control Revenue Finance Transformation and other business teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.

  • Maintaining project trackers prepare progress updates and support reporting and analysis activities for key stakeholders.

Apply if you:

  • Are currently studying or have recently graduated in Finance Accounting Business Economics Data Analytics or a related discipline.

  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyse information accurately.

  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate root causes.

  • Are confident using Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools to organise analyse and report data.

  • Are interested in emerging technologies including AI tools and their application to business processes.

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with stakeholders across different teams.

Location

  • Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week)
