We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner ready to join our adventure.
Finance Business Partnering: Serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner managing the areas budget tracking expenses and explaining financial performance rationale.
Reporting & Analysis:Assist with themonth-end close including accruals. Analyze monthly results explaining key variances against budget/forecast. Prepare management reports (including sales volume) for senior leadership.
Planning:Supportannual budgetingandregular forecastingcycles updating models and producing summary reports.
Data & Systems:Extract and manipulate accounting/volume data for planning and cost allocations. SupportTempo data analysisand cost model reporting drawing conclusions from data visualization.
Ad-Hoc Support: Deliver ad-hoc analysis (e.g. profitability re-pricing capacity planning) and contribute to process and reporting improvements.
3 years in a similar Finance role with basic accounting background
ProficiencyinExcel/Google Sheetsand MS Office.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to dive deep intolarge data sets identify key drivers and present meaningful conclusions for decision-making.
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with a business focus.
Highly organized with strongattention to detail.
Ability to work in afast-paced ambiguous environmentand drive improvements.
Very good verbal and written skills in English and Polish.
Willingness to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
