Field Marketing and Partnerships Specialist

Role Summary

Supports field marketing execution across the region helping deliver events campaigns and partner activities that contribute to pipeline generation and local market engagement.

Core Scope

• Support planning and execution of regional events and marketing activities.
• Assist with vendor co-marketing initiatives and MDF processes.
• Help localize global campaigns for regional markets.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline goals.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event logistics (invitations registrations vendors follow-up).
• Support campaign execution across email digital and events.
• Help manage MDF tracking documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers.
• Track campaign and event performance metrics.
• Support CRM updates and lead management processes.

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in marketing (events field marketing or digital). 
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills. 
• Interest in B2B marketing and technology sector. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Basic knowledge of CRM/marketing tools is a plus. 
• Fluent English & Polish; additional languages a plus.
