Expert Integration Specialist Consultant

Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 170 - 210 PLN/H

What will you do

You will lead the design and evolution of enterprise integration solutions ensuring scalability reliability and alignment with business objectives. You will act as a technical expert driving best practices supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Design and drive enterprise-wide integration architecture using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
• Lead the implementation and optimization of messaging solutions based on IBM MQ
• Develop advanced automation solutions and operational tooling using Python
• Drive CI/CD best practices and deployment automation using GitHub and Jenkins
• Design and optimize data integration processes utilizing DB2 SQL
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
• Collaborate with architects business stakeholders and development teams to define integration strategies
• Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
• Ensure integration platforms meet performance security and reliability standards
• Support critical production environments and major release activities

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
• Strong experience with IBM MQ
• Advanced experience with GitHub and Jenkins
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments
• Strong SQL knowledge particularly DB2
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers
• Business-fluent English
• Availability for occasional business travel to Germany
