The opportunity

We are looking for detail-orientedGermanEnglishtranslators to support EY internal and external clients with high-quality confidential administrative and client-facing translations. Joining EY Global Delivery Services Poland means working in a dynamic international environment at the core of EY Language & Translation addition to translation work the role also includes a range of administrative responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Creation of certified (beglaubigte) and client-sensitive translations (GermanEnglish / EnglishGerman)
• Execution of administrative and client-related translation requests in line with EY quality standards
• Management and correct usage of translation memories and terminology databases
• Performing translation samples and spot checks to verify linguistic accuracy and quality
• Administrative support in escalation handling (ad-hoc issues vendor feedback improvement suggestions)
• Other administrative support: calendar management travel management travel and expense arrangements.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Compliance with confidentiality data protection and EY Professional Practice requirements

Skills and attributes for success

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
• University degree in translation linguistics or comparable experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work flexibly under tight deadlines in a seasonal environment
• Goodknowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CAT tools is an advantage
