Your Role
As a Business Development Representative youll focus on driving new business and expanding client portfolios:
Identify and engage new B2B opportunities in the DACH market
Reach out to decision-makers via phone email and digital channels
Present and position Google Pay solutions to business clients
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly KPIs
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance
What Were Looking For
Fluent German (C1/C2) English (B2 minimum)
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
Proven background in one or more of the following:
SaaS / IT / Tech / Cloud sales
Digital advertising (Google Ads Meta Ads)
Experience working with targets (KPIs) and performance metrics
Strong closing skills and outbound sales experience
Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
