The Opportunity
This is not an account management role.
Our client is looking for a true hunter who thrives on opening new doors building executive relationships and closing complex enterprise deals. Youll play a key role in establishing the companys presence in Poland partnering with world-class engineering and delivery teams to help enterprise customers successfully adopt cutting-edge AI solutions.
What Youll Do
Build and develop relationships with C-level executives IT leaders and business decision-makers across enterprise organizations
Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting networking and strategic account planning
Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
Expand existing customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities
Position AI solutions by focusing on measurable business outcomes and ROI
Partner with System Integrators and Hyperscalers to drive strategic opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM forecasts account plans and pipeline management
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue pipeline and activity targets
Who Were Looking For
7 years of enterprise SaaS AI cloud or technology sales experience
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota while closing complex enterprise deals
Strong hunter mentality with experience creating pipeline from scratch
Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and CxO relationships
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions through clear business value
Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English; Polish is highly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI Machine Learning Automation or Enterprise Software
Experience working alongside System Integrators and Hyperscalers
Existing relationships within large enterprise organizations
Experience selling into industries such as Financial Services Retail Manufacturing Telecommunications or Healthcare
