At Nomagic were on a mission to teach robots the real world. Were now looking for an Engineering Manager whos ready to deep dive into the problems of integrating physical AI software the physical world and at the same time build a healthy team

- This role is partially hands on - you will still write code
- We are scaling number of our deployments exponentially
- We build robots powered by AI
- We have them in production at scale and see their real impact on critical operations.
- We test our code in unit tests simulations and on real robots.
- Were still pretty small so everyone has a direct impact on the final result and how we work.
- Our team has built Google Warsaw unicorn startups (Climate Corp Deepmind) tested rocket engines and worked at top companies such as Nvidia ByteDance or Snowflake. Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!
- We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems
- We are where the product meets reality. We are on the ground in real warehouses we see how the product truly performs in practice where unexpected things come up where it has to deliver value. This gives us unique insight and real influence on how the product is built.
- A lot of R&D happens right here in Solutions. Real deployments generate the hardest most interesting problems to solve and we are the first to face them.

- Now: the scaling challenge. We need to figure out how to do 10x the projects without 10x the chaos. New tools better processes a delivery rebuild.

- 6 years of experience in software engineering
- 3 years of experience in people management
- Technical leadership skills & experience
- Great problem solving and proficiency in one of modern programing languages (we use Python)
- Experience in designing complex multilevel software systems
- Fluent communication in English
- 30 minutes call with a Recruiter
- 60 minutes Coding Interview

- Onsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office
