The Role

We are looking for a Developer to join a high-performing delivery team supporting the enhancement and expansion of a leading banking clients trading application platform. You will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining backend services and integrations that support critical trading functionality and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong backend engineering expertise solid database development experience and a collaborative mindset who enjoys working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.

What Youll Do

• Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs Framework technologies
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages procedures functions and database objects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA business analysts and frontend developers to deliver new trading platform features
• Participate in code reviews technical design discussions and release activities to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues identify performance improvements and support ongoing platform stability

What Were Looking For

• 6 years of backend development experience within enterprise or financial services environments
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and C# application development
• Solid expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and database optimization
• Experience working with REST APIs integrations and distributed application architectures
• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder collaboration skills within Agile teams

Bonus Points For

• Experience working on trading platforms banking systems or capital markets applications
• Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in Oracle databases
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines source control tools and automated deployment processes
• Understanding of secure coding standards and enterprise application best practices
