Youll join a team delivering projects around industrial Energy Management Systems (EMS). We help our customers maintain develop and optimize environments responsible for monitoring energy usage and integrating with industrial automation systems.

On a daily basis youll work closely with automation engineers maintenance teams production teams and IT specialists to keep critical systems running smoothly while continuously improving their functionality.

Our work is project-based so depending on the project phase youll be involved in application support troubleshooting system upgrades migrations and implementing new features.

Your responsibilities

• support and maintain industrial Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• investigate and resolve technical issues as part of 2nd and 3rd line support
• monitor system performance and integrations with industrial automation environments
• troubleshoot incidents and identify root causes of technical problems
• work with engineering teams during system implementations upgrades and migrations
• help develop new functionalities and improve existing EMS solutions
• collaborate with business users and technical teams
• prepare and maintain technical documentation

Youre a great fit if you have

• experience working with Energy Management Systems (EMS) or industrial energy monitoring solutions
• experience in application support (2nd and/or 3rd line support)
• experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• experience maintaining upgrading or developing industrial applications
• a good understanding of industrial automation environments (OT) such as SCADA HMI or control systems
• hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
  • SIMATIC Energy Manager
  • SIMATIC Energy Manager Pro
  • Schneider EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert
  • ABB Ability Energy Manager
  • FactoryTalk EnergyMetrix
  • ETAP Energy Management System
  • or another industrial Energy Management System
• knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA Modbus Profinet or BACnet
• experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira ServiceNow or similar
• good English communication skills

We will also appreciate:

• experience with SIMATIC Energy Manager Pro
• experience with Siemens technologies such as TIA Portal WinCC or PCS 7
• experience with utility monitoring and energy consumption reporting
• knowledge of ISO 50001
• SQL and industrial database experience
• experience with Windows Server
• knowledge of Industrial IoT or industrial analytics platforms
