Your Role Accountabilities

• Analyze capture respond to and resolve P&C pay policy benefits employee data and various other types of requests from employees managers and other customersleveraging ServiceNow(SNOW)Case to SNOW tickets withinappropriate ServiceLevel Agreements set forth by department.

• Processes employee data transactions within Workday. Maintain ongoing data changes throughout the employee lifecycle including employee on and off-boardingjob changesmobilityand position management.

• Preparesemploymentcontractsand other related documentsinformation related tocompanybenefitpayments andresponds toemployment verificationrequests.

• Reviewsanalyzesandunderstandsdata prior to processing reaching out to HR partners or managers as needed.

• Audit HR systems to ensure correct information has been input and processed.

• Ensure processes achieve full compliance with policy and control environment including data privacy and SOX responds to requests for audits and government inspections in coordination with EC Management.

• AssistotherECteam members with workload when extra support is other related duties as assigned.

• Focus on ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Experience:Minimum3years Human Resources administrative or related experiencerequired preferably from a globalshared servicesenvironment.

• Education:High SchoolUniversitydiploma or equivalent experience in related fieldrequired.

• Language Requirements:Englishproficiencyat C1 level (CEFR or equivalent)requiredfluency in other European languages are welcome but not required

• Technical Skills:Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow or other case management/knowledgebase tools strongly preferred with ability to quickly learnnew technologyand software MS Office skills (Outlook Word Excel filtering sorting VLOOKUP). Knowledge of ServiceNow will be considered an advantage

• Relationship Management:Strong relationship skills. Experienced in building andmaintainingeffective for reliability integrity and in a fastpaced communicationand customer serviceskills capable of conveying complex information clearlyat all levels.

• Process Management:Skilled in processimprovements and problem solving taking initiative to own work projects/ to managead hochigh-volumeactivities in a fast-paced environmentindependently.

• Organizational Skills:Excellent planning time management prioritization and follow-up stronganalytical skills andattention to attention to in a fastpaced environment. Strong problemsolving and time management skills

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
