Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. Were looking for a EMEA Senior Benefits Partner to join our ever evolving EMEA Benefits Team within Global Payments and help shape the future of global commerce.

What youll own

  • Own and elevate EMEA benefits leading day-to-day administration and supporting plan design eligibility enrolments and clear employee communication.
  • Guide employees and leaders as a trusted advisor delivering timely clear support on plan options and policies.
  • Drive data-backed decisions by analyzing participation cost and utilization to support strategy audits and financial planning.
  • Coordinate vendors and systems managing insurers brokers TPAs and HRIS integrations to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance across EMEA while improving processes enhancing enrolment and reward statements and supporting wellness initiatives.

What youll bring

  • 7 years in EMEA benefits (beyond the UK) with strong knowledge across health welfare disability and retirement ideally covering multiple countries including Romania Poland Czechia Israel and Spain.
  • Strong expertise in benefits finance cost analysis and budget forecasting with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and Workday/HRIS experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (English required Polish or Czech to minimum B1 level additional EMEA languages a plus) with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organized and detail-driven trusted with sensitive data able to build strong relationships with employees vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced multi-time-zone environment.
