What this job involves

The role is part of a JLL team working closely with one of our most dynamic & fast-growing Clients from the tech industry. The role will be based within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Team but with strong links to Data & Technology verticals owning the management of data and analysis for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team via the creation of systems and tools. The role will report directly to the EMEA Program Lead within the IFM team and will work in collaboration with all program leads for the variety of

The primary objectives of the role are to:

• Provide ownership of all IFM EMEA data and the tools to support its delivery
• Create the tools to allow the capture flow and good stewardship of data to support our IFM operation
• Work with individuals within the team to ensure their data platforms are operating within a logical wider data architecture and in line with a coordinated strategy
• Work with our dashboard developers to ensure a seamless flow in the presentation of our data
• Support ad hoc solutions for data gathering benchmarking and analysis across a range of facilities management topics

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all regional IFM data to ensure:
  • Tools and systems for the collection and maintenance of IFM data are in place
  • Data stewards identified and are delivering on their responsibilities
  • Dashboards and other data sources support delivery against IFM SLAs and KPIs
  • Dashboards and other data sources are clearly and regularly communicated

• For regional projects BI solution requirements ownership though the entire life of project
• Functional and non-functional requirements elicitation
• Technical subject matter expert for one of Corporate Real Estate data domains (IFM)
• Data collation organisation; developing tools and templates for data collection

Become the subject matter expert on the chosen tool for data capture supporting the team

• All additional duties commensurate to the level of the role

Sound like you To apply you need to have:

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in multi-cultural corporate environment;
• Bachelors degree preferably in Business/Social Sciences or Business Intelligence (but not limited to);
• Nice to have: experience working in a complex multidisciplinary team of stakeholders across region.

Skills & Requirements

• Speaking fluent English - we are an international company and we interact with folks from around the globe on a daily basis;
• Working experience or interest in some of the following technologies: Tableau Power BI SQL Alteryx Azure Data Factory Snowflake Python);
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Inquisitive mind;
• Understanding of Business Analysis tools and practices;
• General IT/BI project experience;
• Interest in developing your business analysis and BI solution design skills: being the link between the developers and the business side of things ease of designing presenting and convincing others to your way of seeing things gathering and documenting requirements;
• Interest in topics related to BI e.g. data visualization data modelling data science research UX design thinking: the role will often require suggesting solutions that include different aspects of BI.

• Soft skills:
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach;
  • Ability to own manage and prioritize multiple tasks including good time-management;
  • Familiarity with process management and optimization;
  • Have a customer-oriented attitude and keen business acumen;
  • Results orientation mindset and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a highly visible and fast paced environment;
  • Able to work with a team and independently;
  • Able to effectively work in a virtual environment (remotely).
