• Lead all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a designated client account across EMEA ensuring delivery against savings targets and account KPIs.
• Manage and develop the account S&P team fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
• Represent JLL S&P in client meetings governance forums and Quarterly Business Reviews delivering insightful reporting on savings supplier performance and strategic initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end strategic procurement planning including RFP management bid analysis negotiations contract management risk mitigation and compliance reporting via the Jaggaer platform.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with JLL preferred suppliers and multi-national partners across EMEA monitoring performance against framework agreements.
• Ensure suppliers are qualified onboarded and managed in line with JLL processes with full alignment to compliance and risk management standards.
• Drive the sustainability and D&I supplier strategy for the account in partnership with the JLL S&P Sustainability lead.
• Support account transitions transformation initiatives audits and training to embed best-in-class sourcing practices across the region.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams projects finances and stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management services supplier environments and sourcing procedures particularly for services contracts.
• Proven track record of developing EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation influencing and communication skills with the confidence to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical financial and commercial acumen combined with sound judgement and a creative solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent written and verbal English; an additional Western European language is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement platforms (Jaggaer experience preferred).
• Strategic thinker with organisational awareness personal effectiveness and a collaborative team-first approach.
