About the Team

The Funds Admission & Information Review Team (FAIR) plays a central role in the FundSettle ecosystem.
We ensure that only eligible securities enter the platform safeguarding the integrity of our funds database and directly supporting clients fund managers transfer agents and internal partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and admit investment fundsfrom mutual funds to alternatives and private market fundsensuring their eligibility in FundSettle.
• Analyse fund documentation and translate it into clear actionable FundSettle rules.
• Interact with clients and agents answering questions with accuracy and a proactive mindset.
• Support other operational teams helping them resolve queries and prioritising what truly matters for our clients.
• Engage in problem-solving handling approvals and escalations within defined frameworks.
• Contribute to complex investigations continuous improvements and cross-team initiatives.
• Your work ensures that FundSettle maintains its high-quality standards and that clients receive a smooth onboarding experience.
