As an Early Careers Advisor you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents.

What Youll Do:

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
• Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs including Assessment Centers.
• Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.

What Youll Bring:

• Fluency in English required. Polish/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech and/or Slovakian language skills would be preferred.
• University Degree (MA/BA) preferred HR / Psychology or similar
• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have
• Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment to work through ambiguity
• Creativity - bring fresh ideas to our early careers initiatives.
