DevOps Engineer

Location: Warsaw/Cracow (hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office)

Contract: B2B

Salary: 15 000 - 23 000 PLN B2B

How this role works:

You will start by building the system as part of our team working in a focused greenfield setup. After a few months of introduction to the project you will seamlessly continue working on the same product directly with the client becoming part of the clients team responsible for its long-term development and scaling. There is no handover phase and no context switching - you stay with the same codebase product and technical challenges while gaining long-term ownership and impact.

Must have:

• 4 years of DevOps experience

• Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ability to independently design deploy and maintain infrastructure for medium to large-scale projects

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes (GKE)

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform Atlantis ArgoCD

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and TCP/IP

• Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in designing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems following industry best practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure supporting machine learning / AI workloads

• Familiarity with modern application architecture - principles of designing scalable applications implementing effective health checks managing resources efficiently to avoid overprovisioning and underprovisioning
