Job Summary

What you will do:

  • Act as a day-to-day analytical support for the team responsible for commission settlements CRM process monitoring and data quality control.

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports based on SQL databases CRM systems and operational datasets.

  • Design build and maintain simple automation tools scripts and applications to improve efficiency of CRM controls reporting and settlement processes.

  • Translate business requirements into data queries reports dashboards and practical process-control solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Finance Operations and IT teams to timely resolve issues and maintain consistent data standards.

  • Identify data inconsistencies process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

What you bring & who you are:

  • University degree in Data Analytics Mathematics IT Finance Economics or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst reporting analyst or similar role.

  • Experience in building simple automations scrips or lightweight internal applications using internal tools as Python VBA Power Automate Power Apps or similar technologies.

  • Good practical knowledge of SQL including writing validating and troubleshooting queries used for reporting reconciliations and data quality checks.

  • Advanced Excel skills including data validation lookups pivot tables formulas and structured analysis.

  • Ideally experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Data Studio and familiarity with CRM or sales process data.

  • Strong analytical mindset attention to detail ability to detect data inconsistencies process gaps and control risks as well as manage recurring deadlines independently especially in monthly or periodic settlement cycles.

  • Good command of English and Polish both written and spoken.
