Data Platform Team Leader (fmd)

What you will do:

• Lead and grow the combined Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team building a collaborative high-performing culture

• Own the data roadmap and strategy setting priorities from discovery through delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical topics into business value and drive data adoption

• Drive data quality governance and the development of a trusted data catalog and data products

• Ensure a unified data architecture and the smooth integration of new data sources and platforms

• Track KPIs such as platform uptime data quality and delivery cadence and plan team budget and resources

What you bring & who you are:

• A degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field

• Experience leading a team ideally in data engineering data analytics or business intelligence

• Strong communicator who can connect technical topics with business needs

• Hands-on experience with data lakehouse architectures and BI tools ideally Snowflake and cloud platforms such as GCP

• Familiarity with agile ways of working and sprint-based delivery

• Fluent in English and Polish
