Where Youll Make a Difference
Act as the primary point of contact for customers across Eastern European markets ensuring a seamless customer experience
Manage the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) process from order entry through invoicing and after-sales support
Ensure accurate and timely order processing delivery coordination and issue resolution
Collaborate with Planning Operations and Sales to align on capacity availability and customer expectations
Monitor and drive performance against key service KPIs ensuring high-quality and reliable delivery
Identify and resolve root causes of issues contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with export documentation and regulatory requirements
Support process standardization harmonization and documentation across the region
Contribute to a scalable and efficient customer service model aligned with business growth
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field
3 years of experience in Customer Service Order Management or Order-to-Cash processes
Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC flows and their impact on the business
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP OTC modules)
Proven ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and actively contribute to performance improvement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect operational activities to the bigger business picture
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
Fluency in English; additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage
Experience supporting or working with Eastern European markets is preferred
