Customer Service Representative France

For our Customer Support Team in Krakow we are looking for new team member with fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quote preparation order tracking backlog processing invoicing returns discrepancy resolution customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting stock queries reporting and stock rotation).
• Identify investigate and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures to include various key performance metrics.
• Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and French (oral and written) is mandatory
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Communication and problem solving skills.
• High School Diploma
