For our financial department we are currently looking for Sales Back Office Junior Specialist.

Your Responsibility:

• Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems

• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested

• Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems

• Supporting of contract renewals creation

• Purchase Requisition creation

• Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel

• Close cooperation with Account Managers local customer service team

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to handle priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SAP Finance would be an asset

• Good command of English both written and spoken; Spanish would be an asset.

• Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
