Work model:hybrid (up to 4days in the office)

Salary: up to 8300 PLN gross/ month

Passionate about customer service Join our international team in Bydgoszcz as a Customer Service Analyst. In this customer-facing role you will manage orders support customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong English and Polish language skills who is eager to develop their career within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Manage orders from placement to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with technical commercial and supply chain teams.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

• Support additional administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

About You:

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using MS Office and business systems.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
