What you will be doing:

  • Managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels while meeting customer and client KPI targets and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing a customer-centric first-time resolution approach and handling complaints through to a successful outcome
  • Accurately recording customer information and updating relevant internal systems and databases
  • Delivering information and assistance related to administrative and technical matters such as products services billing and invoices
  • Recommending suitable additional services and upgraded solutions to enhance the customer experience and address changing customer needs

What do you need to succeed:

  • German at min. C1 level
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Willingness to work on shifts (Monday-Friday 8:00-19:00) in a hybrid model (2 days from home 3 days from the office) after nesting period

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process including the assessment of qualifications aptitudes and skills required for the position you are applying for and/or for future recruitment processes if you have expressed such consent by checking the appropriate box below. 3.
