Job Overview
The CQ Specialist DC PL plays a key role in ensuring distribution center quality compliance for DePuy Synthes products in Poland. This position supports Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) International bymaintainingand improving quality processes ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across distribution center operations. This role hasdirectimpact on product quality patient safety and regulatory compliance making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to the reliability and excellence of DePuy Synthes supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support andmaintainquality processes related to distribution center (DC) operations ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
Execute and document quality assurance and compliance activities including process monitoring deviation handling and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Preparemaintain and update quality documentation including procedures work instructions records and reports.
Support internal audits inspections and assessments including preparation of documentation andfollowupon findings.
Collaboratecrossfunctionallywith DC Operations Supply Chain and QARA partners to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
Monitor and analyze quality data and trends toidentifyprocess improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assistin the implementation of new or updated quality processes systems or regulatory requirementsimpactingDC activities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degreein Quality Engineering Life Sciences Pharmacy ora relatedfield.
Advanced degree orqualityrelatedcertification preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
Typically02 years of relevant work experience in quality compliance or regulated operations aligned withentrylevelQuality professional roles.
Basic knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulated environments (e.g. medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare).
Experience with documentation control data review and record management.
Ability to work collaboratively incrossfunctional international teams.
Preferred:
Experience supporting distribution center or supply chain quality activities.
Familiarity withGxP ISO or medical device quality standards.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen).
Experience preparing for or supporting audits and inspections.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures and standards.
Other:
Language:Proficiencyin English and Polishfor documentation and stakeholder communication.
Travel: Limited travel may be(up to 10%) primarily regional or within Europe.
Certifications: Quality certifications (e.g. ISO Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt)preferredbut not.
