At IQVIA youll be joining the largest CRO in Poland working with the highest number of sites and sponsors providing long-term stability and exposure to a diverse portfolio of global clinical trials.

What were looking for:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or Law
Minimum 3 years of clinical research or legal experience
Contract and budget negotiation experience with clinical trial contracts is highly advantageous
Working knowledge of clinical trial systems is an advantage
Familiarity with regulatory documentation legal regulations concerning clinical trials in force in Poland and clinical trial processes
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Legal background is an advantage

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is zł105900.00 - zł280700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
