Consultant | M&A Operations (Delivering Deal Value Team)

Job Description & Summary

• Supporting the planning and execution of post-merger integration projects helping clients achieve effective organizational and operational alignment
• Assisting in synergy assessments including identifying analyzing and quantifying potential value creation opportunities arising from mergers and acquisitions
• Supporting divestiture and carve-out projects by contributing to separation planning tracking workstreams and preparing project deliverables
• Participating in operational due diligence engagements analyzing business operations identifying key risks and opportunities and supporting the development of recommendations
• Preparing analyses presentations and client deliverables to support strategic decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather structure and interpret data from multiple sources.

• Initial experience in M&A transaction services consulting corporate finance transformation operational improvement due diligence or related areas
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial and operational data
• Good understanding of financial concepts and key business performance drivers
• Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies and digital tools to enhance productivity automate tasks and support data analysis
• The ability to synthesize complex information identify key insights and develop structured recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience preparing presentations and reports
• A proactive attitude strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment
• Fluency in Polish and English.
