We would like to welcome a creative and process driven colleague to join our team in Warsaw Poland.
- You ensure timely and accurate payment booking account reconciliation and support the cash accounting team in posting process of bank statements.
- You calculate bad debt provision prepare overdue reports and lead month-end closure calls.
- You participate in and may lead relevant projects and system integrations.
- You initiate and oversee the dunning process for the German and Austrian market and respond to clients queries in this regard.
- You serve as a point of contact for insolvency cases evaluating risks and having direct contact with the insolvency administrator
- You process write-offs and refer cases to external collection agency or lawyers.
- You closely cooperate with Sales other internal Teams and external clients
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:
- German B2 and English at least at B2 level.
- Exceptional SAP knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to execute various different processes adhering strictly to all guidelines.
- Ability to work with numbers and high volumes as well as the ability to work efficiently in a complex dynamic changing environment.
- Logical thinking and ability to learn.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with various computer systems/applications.
- Experience in working in an international environment.
