The Opportunity

For our Abbott Vascular Division AV we are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist - Physiology and Imaging to join our great team in Poland.

This is a field-based position requiring daily travel across the assigned territory (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Zachodniopomorskie Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeships). The successful candidate is expected to be based within this territory and provide occasional support to other locations in Poland.

What Youll do:

  • Be the Key products expert in area of responsibility both commercial and clinically.

  • Train educate and establish standards of practice for use of key products.

  • Identify and collaborate with KOLs to develop the imaging andphysiologymarkets.

  • Adapt and implement the key productsglobal strategyin Poland.

  • Design and execute key products tactic plans which allowstrategy implementation.

  • Define necessary key productsmarket research incollaborationwithMarketing.

  • Collaborating with Sales Team on daily basis.

  • Assure adaptation andconsistencyof promotional materials incollaborationwithMarketing.

  • CollaborationwithMarketingHealth Economicsand theSales Forcein thestrategyand tactic of the differentstakeholders.

  • Identify newclinical scientific or cost-effectiveness needs and report them to Medical Science.

  • Review key productstrainingmaterials produced byMarketingand Medical Science and redefine necessary issues.

Required qualifications and background:

  • Masters degree in science commercial or similar preferred.

  • Cathlabexperience. UnderstandingCardiac Productsand their therapies.

  • Understanding of local sales environment and market conditions.

  • Comunicative English both speaking and writing.

  • Sales experience incardiovascularenvironment is a definite plus.

  • Multinational company experience is an asset.

  • Marketingexperience is an asset.

  • Willingness to travel approx. 70% of time.

  • Project planningskills.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Strong strategic andconceptualcapabilities.

  • Ability to interface with customers andkey opinion leaders.

  • Excellent communicationandpresentationskills.
