ROLE OVERWIEW:

AsChiefof Staff you will be a trusted partner to senior leadership helping translate strategic priorities into high-quality executive-ready outputs. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional analytical and presentation skills. You will prepare business cases analyse financial performance develop executive-level presentations and ensure every deliverable meets the highest quality standards before reaching leadership teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop executive-ready presentations and board materials transforming complex information into clear compelling stories.
• Build and analyse financial models investment cases business cases budgets and P&L analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce advanced Excel models dashboards and analytical reports that provide meaningful business insights.
• Act as the final quality reviewer for key deliverables ensuring exceptional accuracy consistency and attention to detail.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives executive committees and business planning activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to understand P&Ls investment cases and business performance metrics.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to create executive-level presentations independently.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality error-free work.
• Excellent communication organisation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently with senior executives.
