Cash Application Associate (m/f/x) - Replacement Contract

Position Purpose: This position will report to the O2C Team Lead and will support the execution of accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments (wires cheques direct debit RIBA credit cards etc.) and outgoing payments related to customers refunds/ rebates.
• Clear & Reconcile customer accounts.
• Proactively manage unapplied/unallocated cash items in close collaboration with the
• Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX internal controls accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and adhoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management or applicable markets
• Assist Team Leader/ Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Support O2C/SAP tools implementation and testing process.
• Escalating all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the finance / O2C / accounts receivable field
• Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred as applicable.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel)
• Written and oral business communication skills
• Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
• SAP knowledge is an asset
