Job Summary
- Manage purchasing activities for an assigned portfolio to maintain material availability and support customer service targets.
- Place purchase orders and maintain accurate order and delivery dates within the enterprise resource planning system.
- Monitor inventory receipts and proactively resolve supply issues to ensure on-time material availability.
- Analyze material requirements and adjust purchasing plans based on supply planning reviews and changing demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers to understand planning and capacity processes and align supply with business requirements.
- Expedite or defer orders as needed to balance material availability while supporting inventory targets.
- Generate and communicate purchasing inventory and supplier performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Partner with Supply Planning Sourcing Engineering Customer Service Transportation and Distribution teams to support business initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics Materials Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a material requirements planning (MRP) environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Materials Management Procurement or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting supplier performance management and inventory optimization activities.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland: zł101.300 - zł169.000 PLN Annual
