Business Solutions Analyst (12 months contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Global CX Commercial Excellence this role you will play a key part in driving the customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies automation AI data analytics to support the evolution of our commercial business processes. 

This position offers the opportunity to work in a lean and agile setup with a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions. You will implement Sales orders automation intelligent selling models advanced CRM tools and other commercial technologies providing support guidance and training to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial IT GBS) and external partners to align on technology data and process standards. 
• Design and implement automation solutions using AI to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency. 
• Deploy intelligent selling models and CRM tools to enhance the customer experience and commercial performance. 
• Leverage data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making across commercial operations. 

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence Computer Science or Data Science). 
• 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science with hands-on experience in data management advanced analytics and machine learning. 
• Proficient in Power BI Power Automate and SQL.  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript HTML CSS and Python is a plus.
