They are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to join their team in Wroclaw on a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives that directlyimpacttheorganisationsstrategic priorities within Asset Management working alongside business leaders technologyteamsand delivery partners.

Position Overview

As Business Project Manageryoulllead and coordinate business-driven initiatives across the Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations. This role focuses on driving outcomes ensuring stakeholder alignment and executing initiatives that support theorganisationsstrategic and operational at the intersection of businesstechnologyand operations translating businessobjectivesinto executable plans whilemaintainingdeliverytransparency and control.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for business-oriented initiatives across Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations

• Lead medium-sized projects and contribute to larger globalprogrammesacross multiple workstreams

• Own status reporting risk and issue management dependencytrackingandtimelyescalations

• Drive execution using approved delivery methodologies governancepracticesand tools

• Support change management activities including stakeholder alignment and communication planning

• Coordinate stakeholders across business investmenttechnologyand delivery teams

• Ensure alignment decision-making and progress across all project workstreams

• Translate businessobjectivesinto executable plans with measurable outcomes

• Maintain delivery transparency through robust reporting and governance

Requirements

• 10 years experience as Business Project ManagerProgrammeManager or Consultant leading cross-functional initiatives

• Strong understanding of Asset Management Capital Markets or Financial Services operating models

• Experience with front office middle office or investment operations preferred

• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and drive results

• Strong consulting mindset with ability to manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders

• Experience structuring complex problems and developing practical solutions

• Demonstrated stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience supporting change management and adoption readiness activities

• Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation initiatives (data platforms automation operational improvements)

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
