Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Logistics Systems division responsible for Poland and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) this role you will focus on building strong customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing to regional sales strategy with emphasis mainly on the CEP (Courier Express Parcel) and W&D (Warehouse & Distribution) segments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing customers understanding their long-term needs and investment cycles 
  • Identify and engage new prospects qualifying opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline 
  • Act as trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and offering tailored intralogistics solutions 
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and procurement teams to deliver high-quality proposals and solutions 
  • Support preparation of technical and commercial documentation and presentations 
  • Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to shape business strategy 
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline activities and performance metrics 
  • Participate in contract negotiations and strategic sales planning 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Engineering or related field  
  • Strong understanding of logistics systems and distribution center operations  
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in business development sales or customer-facing roles 
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems 
  • Fluency in English and Polish 
  • Willingness to travel (occasionally / travel abroad several times a year/mainly short business trips) 
  • Interest in AI and willingness to apply it in daily tasks ensuring responsible ethical and safe use
