About the Role
As a Business Development Manager HPE you will be responsible for driving the growth of the HPE business in Poland. Working closely with partners customers HPE and internal sales teams you will identify new opportunities build strategic relationships and develop business plans that support long-term growth.
What Youll Do
Develop and execute business growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Poland.
Build and strengthen relationships with partners customers HPE and internal stakeholders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
Drive partner engagement through business planning account development and enablement activities.
Collaborate with sales marketing and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.
Monitor pipeline revenue and business performance to achieve growth targets.
What Were Looking For
Experience in business development sales account management or channel management within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of technology solutions partner ecosystems and sales processes.
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with sales targets forecasts and business plans.
Fluent Polish and English.
