Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Support daily business operations by processing transactionsmaintainingdocumentation and ensuring activities are completed in line with established processes service-level expectations and quality standards.
Manage stakeholder requests and enquiries delivering professionaltimely and customer-focused support across multiple countries and business functions.
Maintainaccuratedata operational records and business information across systems reporting tools and workflows to support service delivery and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues support businessobjectives and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Monitor operational performance andidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency standardisation service quality and overall effectiveness.
Support continuous improvement automation digital transformation and workflow optimisation initiatives contributing ideas that enhance business processes.
Use approved digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly while adhering to corporate policies compliance requirements process controls and documentation standards.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics or Management.
ProfessionalproficiencyinEnglish plus at least oneof the following languages: French Spanish Italian Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word.
