Position Overview

As a Business Analystyoullplaya central rolein translating business needs into effective technology closely with stakeholders across theorganisationand IT teams to gather requirements conduct gap analysis and guide implementation of new systems and processes. Responsibilities

• Gatheranalyseand document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and workshops

• Develop andmaintaindetailed business and functional specifications that guide system design

• Manage project timelinesmilestonesand deliverables to ensure on-time delivery

• Conduct gap analysis and propose practical solutions to business challenges

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between business and technology teams

• Support the design testing and implementation of new systems and processes

• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders

• Mentor team members and share subject matterexpertiseto build domain knowledge

Requirements

Desirable experience:

• Trade finance technology processes and tools

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP CCBA or equivalent)
