What Youll Do

• Support the Business Analyst team in collecting cleaning and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Assist in preparing reports dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing projects by performing research benchmarking and ad-hoc analyses.
• Help identify trends patterns and improvement opportunities in business processes.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings taking notes and following up on action items.
• Support the documentation of business requirements workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical tasks.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools techniques and best practices in business analysis.

What Were Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Business Economics Finance Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Curiosity to learn about business processes data and how organisations make decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude eagerness to take initiative and willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
