As a Business Analyst you will support the Commercial Excellence Team by translating business needs into clear reporting analytics and automation solutions. You will develop scalable Power BI reports manage data quality and insights and help stakeholders make faster fact-based decisions. You will administrate and develop internal systems.
Main Accountabilities:
- Reporting analytics & insights: Collect structure and analyze commercial data; identify trends risks and opportunities; and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Power BI development: Design develop test and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that are accurate scalable user-friendly and business-relevant.
- Requirements & stakeholder management: Gather and refine business requirements with Commercial Excellence Sales Finance Marketing and other stakeholders translating them into technical specifications.
- Automation & improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify reporting automate processes and improve data-driven ways of working. Act as AI ambassador share and support Copilot usage within the team.
- Delivery adoption & community support: Manage priorities coordinate delivery provide user training and support the team through knowledge sharing best practices but also through support for preparation of presentations and meetings.
- Internal systems administration & development: Administer maintain and further develop internal systems ensuring they support business processes data quality and efficient ways of working.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics Reporting BI or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills; experience withdata analysis reporting and business insights.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; experience gathering and documentingbusiness requirements.
- Knowledge ofdata quality and reporting best practices.
- Experience withautomation tools such as Power Automate Power Apps or AI solutions.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goodstakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability tomanage priorities independently and coordinate delivery.
- Proactive structured and business-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent English (written and spoken);Polish is a plus.
