Business Analyst 1

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Business Engineer) to join our cross-functional team responsible for customer-facing web and mobile this role you will act as a bridge between business and technology ensuring that requirements are clearly defined testable and aligned with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather analyze document and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Create and maintain high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Actively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners UX/UI Designers Developers and Architects
• Translate business needs into clear actionable and implementable requirements
• Support effort estimation and delivery planning activities
• Ensure traceability consistency and testability of requirements
• Work with UX/UI teams to align business requirements with user experience concepts
• Support development and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product development and delivery processes

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Polish and English at a minimum B2 level

Engineering

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation

Agile Delivery

• Strong understanding of Scrum
• Experience in Agile Product Development

Technical Understanding

• Knowledge of Web Technologies
• Understanding of Mobile Applications (iOS/Android)
• Basic knowledge of APIs and System Integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience working on digital products web platforms or mobile applications
• Familiarity with product-oriented environments
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira Confluence or similar collaboration platforms

Additional Information :

3 days a week in the office (Warsaw Lublin or Poznan)
