Job Summary
For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Business Acceptance Intern role.
About the team
Join our global team responsible for business acceptance and legal risk support. Collaborating with lawyers and business staff at all levels our team covers conflict checks information barrier queries audit letter support client engagement terms and legal risk projects.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting conflict searches using the firms conflict-checking system
Supporting information barrier and clash clearance processes
Assisting with audit letter requests in line with firm policy
Advising on client engagement terms policies procedures and best practices
Supporting legal and risk projects initiatives and know-how activities
Apply if you:
Fluent English (writing running reports interpreting data for use with clients).
Prior professional experience would be an advantage preferably in an international business environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical organisational and communication skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Learn new systems quickly and work well with databases
Show initiative flexibility teamwork and attention to detail
Location
Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week)
