Bus Driver #3

We are seeking a professional and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our transportation team in Kraków Poland. As Bus Driver #3 you will be responsible for operating scheduled bus routes while maintaining the highest standards of passenger safety comfort and customer service. This is a full-time position that requires reliability strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to safe driving practices.

• Operate assigned bus routes safely and on schedule adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers by maintaining a secure and clean vehicle environment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs
• Manage passenger interactions professionally and courteously addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and respect
• Maintain accurate records of routes passenger counts fuel consumption and any incidents or accidents
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures including emergency procedures and passenger evacuation protocols
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route conditions delays or operational issues
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to ensure reliable service delivery

Qualifications :

• Valid commercial drivers license (Category D or equivalent) required for operating buses in Poland
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of traffic laws road safety regulations and local driving conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform the demands of the role
• Demonstrated reliability punctuality and professional conduct
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Preferred: Previous experience in passenger transport or public transit operations
• Preferred: Familiarity with Kraków routes and local geography
• Preferred: Completion of defensive driving training or similar safety certification
• Preferred: Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
