Responsibilities:

• Design and document scalable automation solutions including the creation of Solution Design Documents
  
  
• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath Python and related technologies ensuring solutions are efficient reusable maintainable and aligned with development standards
  
  
• Research evaluate and test emerging automation technologies with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  
  
• Investigate and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders
  
  
• Plan execute and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities
  
  
• Assess develop and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes
  
  
• Provide technical guidance to other developers supporting them in troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices

Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred) Blue Prism Automation Anywhere or NICE
  
  
• 3 years of experience delivering automations using technologies such as RPA Python Microsoft Power Platform or similar automation frameworks
  
  
• Experience with PostgreSQL Azure Tables or other database technologies is an advantage
  
  
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in real-world business environments
  
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  
  
• Ability to independently design develop test deploy maintain and continuously improve automation solutions
  
  
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to create clear concise and high-quality technical documentation
